Dropping a whopping 39.5cm from total girth measurements in her 12 week program, Somers was also the first person to sign up for round 2 when given the chance. Impressive for somebody that had been struggling for motivation and consistency for the last 2 years! *

We started Somers' leg exercises with remedial resistance band squats to correct imbalances and then took her leg press from 90kg to 210kg! The Queen of the Chest Press also went from a weight of 30kg to a staggering 52kg in 12 weeks which is amazing. 

Somers achieved outstanding results in fat loss without even hitting the required 90% nutrition compliance.  If we can improve on that in the next program then this girl is a big chance to take out one of the end of year cash prizes for the best body transformation...  The foundation has now been laid for much bigger success in future programs!
