A Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a screening tool used to identify the strengths, weaknesses, imbalances and asymmetries in seven functional movement patterns that are key to functional movement quality in daily life. This screen provides essential, personalised feedback for both highly conditioned athletes on strict periodised programs as well as beginners wanting to know the best and safest way they can get started with a new exercise program.

On completion of this screen you receive a highly detailed report explaining the purpose, procedure, targeted area, coaching cues and variations of each corrective exercise in your program so that you can begin building the body you want with the exercises you need first. This program will include up to 10 of the most relevant corrective exercises to help achieve goals in the fastest, safest way possible.
