Lee Kingston's Story

My latest fire training program was outstanding, it was perfectly tailored to suit the goals that Dave and I had set as what I wanted to achieve in the program timeframe. I was challenged personally and certainly didn't start in the best shape, but I couldn't have had a more dedicated trainer and specific program which has not only helped me achieve the goals I set out to achieve, but has pushed me to strive for more within myself. You can count me in for the next fire program."
The key to Lee's transformation has been his commitment to his FIRE training program over the last 7 months. Lee has also complimented this twice per week FIRE program with 3 weekly ICE sessions. He has been committed to his program and always strives to better himself week-in, week-out. He has achieved some amazing lifts throughout his most recent program hitting 200kg on his trap bar deadlifts for 6 reps, 130kg barbell squats for 6 reps and moved up to 6 reps of chin-ups with a 20kg weight vest. Not only is he motivated to improve himself every week but the support that he offers his immediate training partners is inspiring for everyone that gets the opportunity of training with him! *

Earlier this year Lee decided to follow his passion of health and fitness and to seriously consider a career change from the corporate world into becoming a personal trainer.  He has since enrolled into his certificate 3 & 4 in personal training and has committed himself in 2017 to taking his own training and health to the next level.  He is a hard working, inspiring and committed person that is destined for great things in the health and fitness industry.  Our aim is to bring Lee on board as a personal trainer at BossFit Port Melbourne in 2018 and we are confident that he will be a huge asset to our business and clientele.  Watch this space in 2018...
