A Transformation Challenge is about a lot more than before and after photos. We are trying to improve strength, optimal functional movement and energy levels too. We started Jody's leg exercises with remedial resistance band squats to correct imbalances and then took her leg press safely from 65kg to 205kg in 12 weeks! Chest Presses went from an empty olympic bar weighing 20kg to 33kg in 12 weeks and
Pulldowns from 70lb to 100lb and we are now going to start focusing on resistance band supported chinups and then onto bodyweight when ready! Now that will be impressive... Watch this space...
