Very proud of her 100kg leg press in week 2, Chaya had no idea that by week 12 she would be comfortably pressing 220kg and just how strong she really is. The look on her face when she did un-assisted chin-ups for the first time in her life in week 10 of her program was absolutely priceless! One of the most important lessons that Chaya learnt from her first Re-program is that increased strength, equals increased muscle tone, equals faster metabolism, equals decreased body fat. Simples! :)
